<p>I have a year and a half before I transfer out of my community college in CA and I am strongly considering A&M. I was wondering if they offered out of state tuition waivers to transfers.</p>
<p>Texas A&M students who receive at least $1,000 in scholarship money each year can qualify for in-state tuition. (A&M can waive out-of-state tuition for out-of-state students if they are receiving $1,000 or more per year in scholarships that also are open to Texas residents.)</p>
