<p>So, I just found out that sign ups started for the OWLs (welcome leaders). I haven’t 100% decided on OSU yet, but if I do go there I definitely want to do this.</p>

<p>For freshmen, the signup process is included in the housing application sent in May timeframe. You will have committed to your school by then (because it is the only way to get your housing contract)</p>
