Oxford, then studying Finance/Business at Emory?

Hey guys, I'm a junior. Today, I went to a campus tour of Oxford College and i really liked the setting and atmosphere of the school. I know most Oxford students usually go to Emory right after their sophmore year so I was wondering if Emory, or Emory's Goizuetta B-school is good if I want to major in Finance and Business? Or would it be better to do Major Finance and minor business... i'm not actually sure :/ Also, although I havent taken the most rigorous math courses during my high school year particulary because I just didn't develop that serious mindset about school until mid sophmore year.. so i screwd up my chances early on into getting honors and AP math courses -.- (sigh) do you guys think I can still do well pursuing a career in finance/ business?

Some stuff about me:

As of now, my current unweighted GPA is about 3.4
SAT (still be taken this coming may.. i hope i do well)
ACT (also still to be taken, but i've taken it once and scored a 25)

I'm Chinese and will be the first one of my all my family (both sides) to go to a college in the U.S

My hobbies include playing instruments such as piano, and guitar. I've played piano for about 10 years with breaks and pauses in between, i've participated in a couple local piano auditions as well and got certificates. I've done some community service work outside of school and for school (soph-junior year), and i tutor kids at my old middle school as part of a club.

Do you think I could make it into Oxford? and then possibly continue on to Emory

Thanks guys, much appreciation :)
