<p>I shipped a package from amazon over the break to my dorm but I never received it. On my amazon account tracker it shows as having successfully shipped to somewhere in Beverly (???)</p>
<p>The other packages I ordered all successfully arrived. What happened to this one and who should I talk to about resolving it? Thanks.</p>
<p>… I guess you can try talking to the mailing room people for your dorm. Show them that picture and ask for “Carpara” since apparently he/she signed for it.</p>
<p>If they can’t do anything, contact Amazon customer support. They’re very helpful. I once emailed them that my package never arrived (to my house), and they actually sent me a new one without charge. (Then again, my package didn’t cost that much.)</p>

<p>I had this issue last year (also an Amazon purchase). It showed up something like a month later. But I agree, try contacting Amazon support.</p>
<p>i had a similar problem. i ordered a book from amazon during break to be sent to my dorm. it’s the end of week 1 and i still haven’t received an email saying i have a package. and my amazon/UPS shipping status says delivered (in mail room).</p>
<p>I finally got it yesterday from the mailroom. I don’t know why it took so longer considering it arrived on December 22nd…but whatever.</p>
