Panic!!!

Dear Georgetown University Applicant -

We have received an Early Action application from you and our records indicate that your file is INCOMPLETE.

Please submit as soon as possible EITHER: SAT 1 scores or ACT scores (we have no preference).

Even if you believe you have confirmed with ETS that scores were sent to our office- please note that we have not received them and your file cannot be considered until we receive such scores. Please follow these instructions carefully.

You may fax us a copy of your ETS report to (202) 687-5084...directly to my attention.

Or your college guidance counselor may fax me that information.

Once we receive your scores I will send you an email receipt of such. Again, even if you have already sent scores via ETS, we don't have them and you should follow the directions above so that your file may be completed in time for the Early Action review

Scores must be received no later than Wednesday, November 24th.

Regards,

I had my scores rush delivered online!!! and even PAID extra! so i sent the receipt to Georgetown jsut so they know that i've ordered for them to be sent and stuff...omg! i'm so confused with that letter, what should i do now???

PD,

Don't freak. Do exactly what he says. Down to the last letter. They may not accept rush scores, so that's a reason why it may not have arrived.

They will still use the papers you give them.

On a similar line of thought, I may have had troubles with my ACT score. I sent them the SAT via Collegeboard when I took the test, so that's all squared away, but I had a problem sending my ACT score on their site:
When I clicked send, I got the "Action Cancelled" screen, so I hit refresh. The page opened, but it didn't have the school listed under where I sent the scores. I still had the credit card info input, though, and it did say the request was processed. Is this just a glitch, and do you think I should resend my score?

Contact ACT and ask them about this. There's no reason for you to pay twice because of their mistake.
