Parents please read!

Nine months ago, a young girl, named Stella Liniado age 7 in my neighborhood in NY passed away from cancer. I am asking you or your children to draw a picture or simply write a short letter of condolence, which will be placed on her burial site. you can post the letter on this forum, email, fax or mail the letter anonymously, no personal information is required. This is simply to help the grieving mother.

There is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization set-up in her memory, but I will not post the link in here, to avoid the thread being deleted by moderators, it is available upon request. Any condolence or drawing will be greatly appreciated by the family of the child! you can simply write a short condolence and post it in this thread and I will print it.

Thanks in advance anyone.

I'm not sure how a letter of condolence from a random person could possibly mean anything, regardless, sorry for the loss.

I will PM a short letter of condolence to the family, if there is a non-profit set up in her memory, it wouldn't hurt to write that she has passed on but will live on through the people the charity helps. That should be quite nice for the family who will read these letters, knowing strangers are acknowledging the memory of their daughter. Truly it is very easy to understand how such a small act of kindness can make a different to parents in distress over the loss of a child. Any parent out there can understand this.

You might want to put this in the Parents Forum.

I agree, I copied it in there for the original sender, doesn't seem like hes on here much anyway.

Post it in the Parents Cafe.
