<p>Signed income and benefits statement from your parents’ employers. These statements should include the total amount earned in calendar year 2011, taxes paid (if known) and benefit allowances. Statements from employers must be in English or a translated copy must be attached. Please be sure that the applicant’s name appears on all documents.

Signed copies of all pages and schedules of Students’ 2011 Tax Return. If you file a U.S. tax return in addition to a International return, both must be submitted. Income and benefits statements from employers may be used if a Student Tax return is unavailable. These statements should include the total amount earned in 2011, taxes paid (if known) and benefit allowances. Statements from employers must be in English or a translated copy must be attached. Please be sure that the student’s name and Dartmouth ID (if applicable) appear at the top of each page submitted. If no income tax return will be filed, this should be certified in writing by completing the 2011 Non-Filing Statement. Please be sure to provide all income received and the source of income. Submit information to the Financial Aid Office.
