My dad will be moving this summer to Seattle. Would I be considered a out-of-state student for a year or can take advantage of in-state tuition fees? I am from CA and applied University of Washington for Fall’17 undergrad Engg - needless to say I am not yet independent financially. Mostly I saw 1 year wait period but it was not clear about parents moving into WA.
