Here's my dilemma:
I am an out of state student. BUT. My dad is stationed in San Diego until the mid-end of September. Somewhere in California State Law, it says I am allowed to have in-state tuition if a parent is stationed in California. When they leave, however, I only have two years of in-state tuition before it returns to out-of-state (I think I read this right). My question is:
Even though we know when my dad is returning to Washington (where I currently live), am I still allowed to receive in-state tuition? Even if it's just for two years. That's better than nothing.

dunno about the exact length of time, but you should read that and contact the person in charge if you have questions. and make sure to get everything in writing.
