<p>Alright, so a few days ago I found out that I'm gonna have to cancel my housing contract and commute to school instead because of financial reasons (long story). I live about 50 minutes away from UCLA, so I really need to get parking, however since I was under the impression that I'd be living on campus at the time of the deadline for parking I didn't apply for a permit. </p>
<p>How likely am I to receive a permit through the appeal process under my circumstances?</p>
