Hey guys, i am moving to Dobietwenty21 next semester and I heard the parking situation there really sucks.
I really dont want to pay for the parking garage at Dobie cause its extremely expensive!
Is there any other options available to me? I am hoping for a cheap option and it seems like street parking is not possible.
What do you dislike about about Dobie’s garage? That might help with alternate suggestions. Callaway charges 1,000 per year for parking. Is Dobie more than that?
I paid about $650 for a spot in the San Antonio Garage my senior year. It was probably the best 650 I spent at UT. I was living off campus and I would have spent way more than that parking on the street or in parking tickets. I’m not sure if there are any other options unless you don’t want to bring a car.
Check to see if University Baptist has any more spots available in Callaway garage. They lease spots for about $65/month. Google University Baptist parking UT. Last I heard they might have been sold out, but it’s a great option if they have anything.
