Parking

<p>I will be a freshman at Michigan next fall and would like to keep my car down there. The parking companies I have contacted all have three- to four-year waitlists, and the university does not grant parking permits to underclassmen. Is there anything else I can do?</p>

<p>UM does give out spaces to underclassmen. Well, UM Housing that is. But I think you kinda missed the lottery:</p>
