<p>How difficult is it to get dorm parking? I know that everyone can get E parking permits, is it difficult to find spaces with these and are you allowed to just leave your car in E parking spots for months? Thanks.</p>
<p>As I recall, an E permit allows you to park at the stadium during the week, where you can catch a bus to campus. I think you can park at the dorms on weekends with an E permit.</p>
<p>Yes, I believe you have to park at the stadium during the week, then move your car to the dorm on the weekend (at least is there is a game). Parking is always difficult at IU, or so I hear from my son.</p>
<p>With an E permit you can park at the stadium or along North Jordan Avenue and the Jordan extension, where a lot of the fraternities and sororities are. Some problems with parking at the stadium are that you can be ticketed if there is a sporting event, including basketball, and many times people forget to move their car before weekday basketball games and get tickets because of this.</p>
