As important as academics, getting a degree, and a job after school are to me, I also want to be able to have some fun in college. I've done some research, looked at almost every forum, and read every pamphlet. My decision still rides on one question: Will I fit in at Notre Dame? I mean i'm sure there are a few people like me that will attend, but if I'm not generally like most other people on the campus things will really suck. I don't consider myself especially brainy, but most of the other people that go to ND would be. I may be generalizing here, but the kind of kids that would go to notre dame would tend to study more than get unreasonably drunk like I would prefer to do. As a guy that wants to work hard and play harder, will ND work out for me?

Sunday through Thursday afternoon = work. Thursday night - Saturday = play. Or, if you’re a senior, any day of the week where you don’t have work or don’t have class before noon the next day = play as well.

What he said ^^^.

Also, depends on your major and the courseload each semester!

I am a freshman at ND and hahah yes, there is def partying.
If you really really want it you can probs find something every night.
If not there is tons of stuff Thursday friday saturday.
It really is not all, " brainy."

haha trust me, i’m a pre-med and i still manage to get trashed on the regs

I agree completely with kevdude. I am a senior and last night (Tuesday) I went to trivia night at Between the Buns (a sports bar).
