Paying tuition bill - out of state student no student access

I know I have already posted asking this question but I still haven't received any information on it. I have even called Penn State offices of Admission, the Bursar, Student Accounts, and online accounts departments.

The question I had is if I have to fly out to Penn State to activate my full student access account. I was not planning on arriving on campus until August 15. Have any other out of state students had this problem. I know our tuition bills come out in July and I'm sure the deadline to pay it is on August 3rd. Is there any way I can activate this over the phone?

Didn’t any of the offices answer your question? Try posting your question on the Office of Admissions Facebook page. They seem to answer questions fairly promptly. other than scheduling classes, which you can do online, the only thing that I saw that had to be done in person was activating the ID card. My D had to sign her name on a computer or something. I couldn’t go with her so I’m not exactly sure. I would also try calling your college to speak to an advisor about scheduling your classes.

are you done with ftcap?

you can’t activate it over the phone! just let me know if you have any more questions!

Bumppppp, plz i have pretty much the same question !
Now i had to travel overseas for some family concerns and i had my FTCAP scheduled for may the 25 so i had to change it to August the 21st!
