I want to make my payment by check, but does the payment have to be done before November 30? If I submit my application right now, and check that I want to pay by check, will the UC’s that I am applying to receive my application? Or do they get it after I pay with check because i also have to wait for the UC’s to send me a bill. How long do those usually take to process?
