Pell Grant awarded, but Cal Grant has not yet?

<p>Im going to enroll in Community College and im already almost done with everything i need to be in Early Registration for them. Ive already accepted my Financial Aid from the CC, which includes my Federal Pell Grant, Federal SEOG Grant, and Board of Governors Fee Waiver. The Pell grant is obviously the largest out of those. In total im getting about $7.4k for a year, which should be well over enough for my CC. Anyways, ive checked my Cal Grant online and it says ill be getting about $1.4k, but i can see that it says "Awarded - On Hold." What does that mean? When will I be awarded my Cal Grant?
I got the Cal Grant B only. Also, if it matters, i am still in my Senior year of High School, we graduate mid June.</p>

<p>I thought that calif students who qualify for cal grants, but end up going to a CC dont get the cal grant, but instead get the BOG waiver and the cal grant gets put on hold for when they transfer to a four year.</p>
