So I'm sophomore who decided to take the PSAT to get some experience with it. The test itself was okay, but I royally messed up in an idiotic way. When the proctor was reading the instructions for the 3rd section, I started doodling in my test booklet. I fully acknowledge that this was inappropriate and foolish, and I'm not even going to defend it.

The proctor repeated that all pencils should be put down, so then I snapped back into reality. I took the remainder of the test, and when it has handed in she told me that she would have to mark it as an irregular circumstance. She wrote at first that "the student was seen filling in another oval" but I got her to add "she claims that she didn't" (though she said it wouldn't matter).

My question is though, what could happen if they assume I cheated on the test(once again, I never even touched the answer document). Will this prevent me from taking the PSAT in my junior year, when it really matters? Will it affect my ability to take other College Board tests? Will my school be notified of this event? I have no history of cheating, and all of this is freaking me out a little. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
