Rejected!! 2190 SAT and 4.0 from public ivy
Accepted to CAS!
ACCEPTED CAS!!!
Rejected.
Accepted CAS…really shocked…I’m really sorry to those who were rejected. I’ll be blunt in that I think a lot of it might have come down to departments/majors or whatever since so many of you are overqualified. I don’t think there was anything all that special about my app, but I’ll try to post stats later to help anyone else out who’s trying to do this next year. I hope you all find happiness in wherever you go next year…lord knows how grueling this process was and we all deserve it.
Sorry guys I’ve been freaking out for the last 40 minutes. accepted to the college of arts and sciences 31 act 4.0 gpa first semester and mid year report
Accepted! CAS!!!
How long do we have to respond to Penn’s offer?
rejected by Wharton, not surprising:(
Rejected !
Rejected as well. Congrats to those who made it, it seems like a tough year for transfer to Penn from the trends so far. I’m curious, did anyone get waitlisted? Also, and I swear this isn’t the sour grapes talking, but thank you to Penn’s admission department for not responding to a single email of mine over three years of interest and two applications. It has genuinely made it a lot easier to take the wonderful school I got into and run with it.
I also don’t want to make it seem like sour grapes here, but I wasn’t really too keen on Penn apart from the prestige. I’m glad I got rejected so I don’t have to doubt the great school I’m most likely going to next year.
Accepted to SEAS from a top 50 uni. good high school record but not great, good testing (2280 SAT, SAT II: 760 chem, 760 math II), 3.93 college GPA, 4.00 midterm report.
Anyone know when the transfer credit report gets sent out?
@creator we have until May 26th to respond to the offer
Accepted to Penn CAS as a junior! PM for stats!
Accepted! CAS
So it seems to me that upenn accepts way more people to CAS than to SEAS. Unfortunately i applied to engineering school and gor rejected. So sadd
@AcceptMe2015 Penn is still a very very selective transfer institution, even for CAS; the rejection rates are certainly not limited to Wharton and SEAS. Yes, CAS accepts more people numerically, but there are also more applicants to the College. Applying from Princeton with a 3.6/2400, I got rejected today. To put that into perspective, I got into and will be attending Stanford (athlete early admit).
