Of course, Penn also has as many or more top-10 and top-20 liberal arts departments than most of its peers, plus unparalleled interdisciplinary study opportunities for all of its undergrads (allowed to take courses in all 4 undergrad schools plus the Law School, School of Design, Annenberg School for Communication, School of Social Policy and Practice, Graduate School of Education, etc.), but I guess none of that counts. :)</p>
