Penn Portal - Have Your Recs Been Received?

<p>I'm applying RD, and I set up my Penn Portal today. When I logged on, I was surprised to see that my three recommendations are all missing (guidance counselor + 2 teachers). Oddly, my transcript and secondary school report have been received, and I know that my guidance counselor sent everything together in October. Besides that, I'm pretty sure that both teachers submitted their recs a while ago.</p>

<p>So what does your Penn Portal say about your letters of recommendation? Because if I'm the only one with this issue, then I may have to ask everyone to resubmit their letters.</p>

<p>I was deferred ED, and it still says my teacher recs are missing. It must be their system because I wouldn’t have even been deferred without them.</p>

<p>I don’t think you guys should worry. I applied ED and my Penn Portal never said they received my recs, but I was still accepted. So… you guys should be fine!!!</p>

<p>They will contact you/your counselors for sure if they really don’t have them.</p>
