I have new sat score 1420 and really low GPA which will be lower than 2.0.
If I apply to Penn State branch campus like Abington or Altoona,
Do I have any possibility to get in?
I know that Penn State care about the GPA the most but what should I do??
I am OOS and I don’t need financial aid.

Lower than a 2.0 might make it extra hard to get in. Some of the commonwealth campuses will be easier to get into than others. All you can do is try and because of your higher SAT you may have a chance. But if denied, you can always start at a community college and after one year transfer to one of the PSU commonwealth campuses. That would be a less expensive way as well. College is hard - even the commonwealth campuses. You may want to invest in a community college education first to see how you do before you spend a lot of money at Penn State.
How did you end up with that Gpa if you are capable of getting a 1420?
