Penn state ect.

Hello all,
I'm really nervous for this entire process, as I am a junior and almost senior. I currently have a 3.0 GPA unweighted. Though I have taken all honors courses except 3 since freshman year. I would totally have above a 3.0 if I didn't get D's and C's freshman year, however I cleaned up my act and have gotten A's and B's sophomore and Junior year! My SAT's are 1940, but I haven't done the ACT's.

My top schools that I want to apply to are, Penn State, University of Maryland, University of Cincinatti, University of Michigan (reach), and Rutgers.
EC's:
Volunteer at food pantry for 7 years.
President of Community Service Club (2 years, officer 1 year.)
Work 20 hrs a week (2 years.)
Co-organizing local TED talk (current.)
Referee soccer for the town (3 years)
Part of selective Anti-Bullying group. (3 years.)
Peer Leader for Video Club (2 years.)
Co-Chair for local Non-Profit Organization (2 years)
Secretary for local Non-Profit Org. (1 year)

Ahead of time, thanks for the input!!!

My best guesses for schools I am familiar with: U Michigan, reach, Penn State, probably (assuming State College campus) and U Maryland probably a reach as well. Getting your GPA up will be a help! Good luck
