Excellent! They do not limit OOS students. If you’ve got the stats they want, they will take you over an instate student.
You look good for Penn State. What’s your math and science score on the ACT, if you’re interested in engineering? Did you think about UWisconsin Madison (it’s in state) or Case Western?
@TheDidactic Math and Science both 33, I am taking it again in Feb. Yes Univ of WI is on my list as well as Purdue Univ which isn’t too far from me. I will look into Case Western.
@PERplexD Thanks, I was at a college fair when the Penn State rep told me they don’t take a lot of OOS so that’s good to hear that may not be true.
I’d go to Purdue if that’s close to you. Are you instate? Soooo much cheaper than PSU and it’s a great university. My niece goes there. I would love for my D to go there but OOS is crazy.
I see tons of OOS at PSU. My son goes to PSU.
OOS for Purdue too. I visited and agree it’s a great school. I’m in WI but prefer not to go to Univ of WI since so many from my school go there and I am looking for a different experience. I have a college fund so OOS or private is fine.
