Penn state or towson

should I choose the 2+2 program at Penn state: from Abington to University Park or should I go to Towson University? I am a bio major on a pre-med track, SAT score 1150, GPA 4.10

If you are premed, the biggest consideration is money. As an undergrad, you want to avoid debt like the plague, so choose the more economically sensible option. PSU is extremely stingy w aid

Agree with greenbutton. If you see grad/med school in your future, get your bachelor’s with as little debt as possible.

Also, please consider that premed may not be your best option for medical school. You only need the premed requirements (year of bio, year of chem, year of o chem, year of physics, etc.) You could just as easily major in psych or history or HPA, and minor in something else to pick up those med requirements. This way, you’d have a higher GPA and a more well rounded application…or have a backup plan.
