penn state university park or syracuse?!

<p>-theyre costing me the same, im from nj
-major in psych/communication disorders
-syracuse is 5.5 hours away and pennstate is 4.5 hours
-plan on studying abroad in either barcelona or israel
-plan on doing research so being a number is scary at such big schools</p>

<p>any advice?</p>

<p>If you hate 20 snowstorms a year, but can live with 10 a year , go to Penn State.</p>

<p>If you want smaller classes, go to Syracuse.</p>
