I got accepted to both and I, for the life of me, cannot decide where to go.
I live in NY, so its OOS for both, BUT, i got a 12,200$ scholarship for Uconn, nothing from Penn.
And I plan to major in Biology, then go on to Medical School
So ... which school is a better choice?

If possible, Id also like to hear the most important pros/cons for both schools

They are roughly the same academically and the half tuition scholarship at uconn looks quite appealing I was offered that too and it’s my second choice behind Maryland. Visit both campuses I got into Penn state up as well visited that and uconn and preferred uconn by far. Felt Penn states campus was too big unattractive and it just wasn’t a good fit for me but I know tons of people that enjoy it as well as uconn.

Well I plan to visit both of them before the end of the month. So I guess Ill get most of my opinion of the school from the visits.
But i would also like to hear opinions from others who visited, and attended the school.

But thanks :]

P.S. just incase your wondering, im talking about penn state u park

Will your parents pay the $40k for Penn St or the approx $28k ($40k - 12,200) for UConn?

if so, then pick whichever one you like more? Both are fine for preparing you for med school.
