I will probably be attending next falla nd would liek to knwo the demographic at a personality level. I like to party, I like to have fun. i amf riendly and outgoing. but I am not a "crazy" partier. I'm the kind of kid who will go to the aprty, have a few drinks and just ahng out. What I want to know is if i will be able to find similarly laid back people at IU. or is it more party, party, party kind of lifestyle.

Simply put, yes. The school is huge. I’d say most people don’t rage and are like you, but it seems like a lot of people have their nights where they go a little overboard.

happens to the best of us.

Well, you sound a lot like me, and I’m probably going to be attending IU next year. I highly doubt we will be alone.

I am also going to IU this fall and if you’ve ever visited the campus on a saturday during foobtall season, then you know there is a lot of partying and taligating. this is especially true for the Purdue game. aside from that, you’ll probabaly ok.

I visited Indiana, Purdue, Illinois, and Ohio State all in about a four day time frame, and IMO the kids at IU seemed the most laid back and LEAST party-oriented.

I go to Purdue but dont get too caught up in the rivalry however IU definitely parties hard. I was down their for the Old Oaken Bucket Game(IU-Purdue game) and ill say that was the craziest stuff I have ever seen. You would never get half of that at Purdue.

If you want some of the craziest partying you’ll ever see, it’s there. But I promise there’s no pressure to do that kind of stuff every night, and there’s plenty of chill stuff to do.
