<p>Instead of just having threads for college decisions, everyone (who applied to that college) should get on tinychat or ooVoo and webcam and read the emails together. I think that would be really interesting.</p>

<p>i think it would be tough because of jealousy issues. Someone gets into several ivies that another person gets rejected from. Not only would they be bitter about themselves, but they’d be jealous of others.</p>

<p>Generally, when people read their decision letters, they are alone. So when they get a rejection, they have time alone to let go of their feelings before picking themselves up again. The intensity of the emotional crash from a rejection would be significantly worse if someone else they saw got in because he/she has not been given the time to cope with feelings.</p>
<p>Yea, but someone would need to organize a Penn ED one. That will be my best reaction, because you all can either laugh at me crying tears of failure or laugh at me crying tears of joy :P</p>
