Okay, to start it off i'm a public high school sophomore from not so rural Pennsylvania ;) I've been on the "search" for colleges since almost freshman summer giving me utter anxiety lol. I started looking at schools and i have kept coming back to Pepperdine. The school itself attracts me, the location, and the overall "vibe." It feels the right "fit" and has the weather, beach nearby, close to Los Angeles, and literally what i think would make a good it haha. Now back to chancing me lol,

~My family makes good money, but since i come from such a large family i'm living no lavish lifestyle The money my parents make i fear would hinder my chance for financial aid, and seeing that the schools price tag is fairly steep, it would be the more economical choice to stay closer to home, but as for now it is my top.

~The way my High School runs is that our courses are predetermined on last years grade and recommendation by teacher. Our schools AP program isn't that great, and its only offered to juniors and seniors, and (only for Science and History) I'm currently in

•Honors English (Honors next year also)

•Honors History (Honors Again)

•Biology ( Next year however, I got into Chemistry Honors, and i'm also taking Human Physiology by dropping an elective for another science class to be used as an elective)

•Introduction to Business

•Spanish 2 (plan on taking 4 years)

• Algebra II / Trig (Pre-Calculus Junior - Calculus Senior)

• Hoping for around 1800-2000 on SAT [-O<

Again i'm at the highest my school offers except science which i think will hopefully make up for it. And in class rank i'm in the 10% of a grade about 500 it is also a public school.

Extra-curricular

• One thing unique about me is that i'm in a travelling "club" as we call it. And we travel to Europe, South America, Australia etc. This summer im going to Ireland/ England/ Scotland/ Wales and Senior year i'm going to Australia/ New Zealand and Fiji. I was one of the founders of the group itself with the teachers involved.

• Swim Team Freshman Year

• National Honor Society

•Spanish Club

• Service Club. Just a volunteering club we do fundraisers, do things with the city, neighborhood cleanups etc.

• Church Volunteering- I work the church picnic do fundraisers and active in my old Elementary School where i volunteer also.

That's pretty much it, i haven't taken the SAT yet, but i plan on doing so, i'm taking prep classes in the summer and for Easter i'm getting prep books. My goal is for a SAT score of around 2000, with 1800 being my bare minimum. Thanks for reading this and chance me for my top school. :x :x :x
