Pepperdine?

I never hear about Pepperdine on CC. It's ranked relatively low on USNews (#54), but it has the best campus of all schools in the US! (according to Princeton Review, at least). And cmon, its right in MALIBU!! Not only that, but according to Princeton Review it's ranked #20 for best quality of life, #FOUR for best dorm rooms, #19 for least drinking/partying!

I see Pepperdine's USNews ranking going up in the future.

I don't. Sure its locations is great, and its campus is beautiful, but its not an elite university, nor will it ever be.

While fun to look at (Wellesley's on 11 lists, y'all! That might be the record) and mildly informative if you see a trend, the Princeton Review lists are't that meaningful. No matter how beautiful a school's campus is, a school as conservative as Pepperdine is going to be a tough sell for most people and will thus probably never be able to rank much higher than it currently is.

I'd have to say the conservatism, like a previous poster mentioned, is exactly why people would be scared off of it. I prefer secular universities.

Well isn't Notre Dame really conservative?

I think Pepperdine definitely has the ability to improve its ranking.
