<p>I just become a permanent resident in USA. I recently accepted to SVA. I heard that permanent resident and citizen in USA could get little discount than non citizen.
SVA fee is $36,730. Is it true that permanent resident discount or reduce?</p>
<p>I looked it up, SVA = School of Visual Arts :). You might want to spell it out since it’s not a college that is commonly discussed here on CC, at least on this forum; your question may be better answered on the Visual Arts & Film Major forum.</p>
<p>I looked on the college website, but the link to Tuition & Fees lead to an error page 
. In general, tuition is the same for all students at a private college, but call the school to check.</p>
