Basically I sent in my FAFSA on time but I just sent in my PFAA today because I did not know about it until today. This is passed the deadline of Feb 1. Plus I live in Egypt and the government decided to cut off the internet in the whole country for a while. Should I be worried that I won't receive financial aid or will receive less than usual?

Wondering about this too, except I don’t have the Egypt excuse. I also haven’t even submitted it yet -_-

Same here. But it’s recommended deadline so I figure I would just not get FA numbers right away if I’m accepted. But if you care about FA and you get accepted to Princeton, why would you go anywhere else, period? Now Brown, they just said “deadline” of Feb. 1st, but I’ll submit it by the 15th like every other school and they can deal with it.

No, I think the “recommended deadline” was Jan 15, and the “hard deadline” was February 1st lol. I’m going to perfectly honest here: I like Yale better than Princeton, but if I get into P and they offers significantly better aid than Yale gave me (which might be hard to do), I might end up going there instead.
