Pharmacy Major

I live in Colorado and am a Junior in high school at the moment. I think I've found the major I want to well, major in. It's Pharmacy! Now, my question is... I'm going to attend UCCS (University of Colorado Colorado Springs) for maybe 2 years? They have a pre-pharm undergrad program and so I might as well go here for 2 years to save money for my parents and get better grades. (I am not doing so hot in high school... 3.2 GPA at the moment) So I don't know what out-of-state colleges would accept me. I also don't know my ACT scores yet seeing as how the whole state just took it. Alright sorry, I just had to fill you guys in with the details. Should I just do the whole, 2 years here and transfer to a college that has a full on Pharmacy graduate program? If I did VERY well during the first two years do you guys think I'll make it to the ''better'' unis out of state? Maybe say; Berkeley, UCLA, UCSF... something along those lines? I'm still very clueless with the whole transfering colleges.... but I really am sure about this major, and maybe if any of you know very good Pharmaceutical colleges to inform me in? Thanks for your time and help! Good day~
