My daughter is considering applying to Pharmacy schools AFTER she gets her BS in Health Science at her college. We are aware that some schools up north admit kids right into 6 year programs or the kids get an AA degree after sophomore year and then transfer to a pharmacy program. She is going to get her BS degree first. We (she called me for help) are having a hard time deciphering what exactly are the prerequisite classes for applying to pharmacy school and she must know ASAP because she may need to drop/add her spring schedule. As far as we can tell, she definitely needs Chemistry 1 and 2 with labs(which she took last year), Organic Chemistry 1 and 2 with lab, Anatomy (already took), Physiology, 1 semester of Calculus, Biology 1 with lab ...but after that we cannot tell. Does she need another semester of Biology (Bio 2)? Does she need microeconomics and or macroeconomics? She has already had Stats and Public Speaking. She is currently in her second semester of Physics.

Can anyone give us a "safe" list of the pharmacy school pre-professional course requirements?

Her current spring schedule is:
Microbiology for Health professionals with lab
Developmental Psychology
Microeconomics
Physics 2 with lab

It depends on the school. I suggest looking at the websites of the schools she is considering and go from there. Here is what UW requires from its Pharm D
applicants:

Also note that prerequisites can change. According to the link I posted, UW now needs 5 quarter credits or 3 semester credits of Microeconomics AND 6 quarter credits or 4 semester credits of Biochemistry in addition to the courses listed in the table.

I don’t know if anyone has every prepared a comprehensive list. It’s like hitting a moving target, since the schools change their prereqs.

I think you’ve identified the most common ones, but to be safe you’d need to look at each school where she would consider applying. If a school adds a new requirement, there’s usually some notice (my kid’s school, for ex., just added anatomy as a new requirement). You’d also need to check each school to determine if they want particular types of classes, such as calculus based physics. My kid ended up doing a complex spreadsheet for the schools where he was applying, and then comparing each of his classes to each prereq class. It was not a simple process.

If your D determines that she’s only missing a single class for some of her potential schools, you can reassure her that she could have the option of taking it in summer school if she gets an acceptance conditioned on fulfilling that prereq.

The requirements vary by school. Some schools require that you finish your pre-reqs by the Spring semester/quarter.
In general they are
English Comp
Public Speaking
Physics (can be 1 or 2 semesters depending on the school)
General Chemistry 1 and 2
Organic Chemistry 1 and 2
General Biology 1 and 2
Human Anatomy (may or may not include physiology, may be 1 or 2 semester requirement)
Calculus (some schools 1 semester and others 2)
Economics (requirement could be micro or macro)
Humanities/Social sciences etc
Psychology (very common)
Other common pre-reqs include Microbiology, Biochem, statistics
