We knew that would probably happen when our D was waitlisted there - but she ended up at a great school and less competition for resources so hopefully - those of you who had Andover in your hearts still have a good place to land in September. Enroll in those schools if it’s an option and don’t look back.</p>

<p>I was waitlisted there as well but took myself off because it was pretty much hopeless anyways - you think they’d learn after being over-enrolled last year, too!</p>

<p>She accepted the offer from Taft and is really happy there. Taft was the front runner all along because it offered the same NE BS atmosphere but was more intimate and it was clear from the interview that they were a match for each other from the “get go.”</p>
