<p>Well I always had problems with my phone and cingular is usually very helpful. Just tell them that you are in desperate need of a phone (come up with some sob story). If they don't do anything after that just tell them that you will extend/re-new your contract. They always have promotions for people if they want to get a longer contract. 866-Cingular is the # as you know. </p>
<p>My recommendation: Next time anyone needs to buy a new phone/get new service, always go through best buy and buy their service plan. It is $40 for 2 years. Seriously, whenever I want a new phone I call them up, tell them that my battery charge port doesnt work and they either send me the same phone or even sometimes a better phone!! So definitely do that.</p>

<p>because I have a motorola flip phone if you just have a sim card you want to jam in it. It's small, but it's pretty old (ie no color, no camera, no internet browser, no super hip ringtones, etc. etc.etc) but it works...no scratches, no weaknesses, no nothing.</p>
<p>I'd give it to you for free if you wanted it...I don't need it anymore.</p>
