Phy2048 or Phy2049

I’m going into UF as a freshmen this year and I was looking into future courses as a biomed major when I noticed you need to take physics with calculus 1 and physics 2. I’m wondering if I should skip physics 1 and go straight to 2? I got a 90 on the ALEKS test, got a 4 on AB calculus (I think I got a 4 or 5 on BC), and I’m pretty sure I passed my Physics C mechanics ap exam. How hard is phy2048 and phy2049?

In addition, I also signed up for X Lab (ISC2400L) but then I heard that some graduate schools don’t accept it. Should I drop it and do the seperate labs?
