Hi I am interested in the field of physical therapy and am trying to decide between the Universty of Delaware and Clemson University. At Clemson I would be majoring in Biological Sciences concentrating in Prerehab Sciences..is this any good? I think my plan after this would be to go to graduate school somewhere else and get a doctorate..does anyone kno how long this would take - 2, 3 years? At UDel I would do their PrePhysical Therapy program, but I am not sure if this is a 6 year program straight through where you dont have to reapply or not? I really am in love with Clemson's location and atmosphere but don't know if this will hurt me in the long run..can anyone help me out? Thankss

It’s just my opinion but if you have your heart set on physical therapy, you should stick at one school. Transferring would be a pain since you will have to leave your old friends and environment and switch to a new one which can be rough. The only reason you should go to Clemson is if you really don’t like the University of Delaware and are ok with the possibility of transferring.

hey, if you are interested in PT field,
why dont you look for the 6 years PT program?

it will be more stressful than the long way (go to undergrad and then PT grad school) since all the courses need for doctr. degree of PT are packed in just 6 years,
but i think it will be better … at least for me.

if you are interested, then start to look in [APTA | Home](http://www.apta.org)

good luck to you :)
