Physics C10, not as easy as anticipated?

I signed up for this class thinking I'd have an easy, relaxed schedule, but I find myself not relaxed as I should be. I do all my readings, take good lecture notes, but I'm doing poorly on the essays. It seems my GSI is a rather harsh grader that doesn't like my style of writing. I get marked off for grammatical mistakes that I don't make, and I find my content at least good enough that I'm not supposed to be getting 50% for every essay.

Any tips?

Switch section?

Go to OH and ask the GSI why you get low scores. If you have a problem talk with the professor.

I can’t really switch section due to availability. I was coming to this class thinking it would be an easy A, but it seems not to be the case. Is there something I’m missing when I came into this class?

Wow 50%? That’s harsh…

grammar counts for points in a physics class?

is this real life?

That’s weird. You write well. Definitely set up an appointment with the GSI or professor.

What type of grammatical mistakes are being marked off?
