Physics, Economics, or Math?

I’m a capable student going to a not-too-difficult state school next year and I’m interested in physics and economics and math. My eventual plan is to get a PhD in either physics or economics but I don’t know which yet and I know a math major will complement both nicely (not to mention I love it). The school I’m going to is quite strong in physics and decent in economics and I will definitely be doing research in a physics lab when school starts no matter what my major is. My plan was to double major in physics and economics and minor (or major) in math but the two degrees are in different colleges which might be a bit of a pain. What should I do? Try and decide as early as possible and drop one of the degrees to replace it with math? Keep delaying my decision and major in both phys and Econ despite them being in different colleges?

Thanks
