Piano:update

I've had some musical background before (flute, clarinet, guitar) so I could already read music when I started piano 3 1/2 years ago. I know I had the "dark" stage for my entire first year because of those awful learning book songs. But after I started getting better around the second year, I was happier because I could play some stuff I liked, and now at 3 1/2 years I'm really happy with where I'm at. Don't lose faith. Piano sucks in the beginning. I hated the music, but as you get better you can start to pick the stuff -you- want to play. :D

^Like someone above me said, one of my problems also is not paying attention to fingering. x_x That and dynamics. I'm trying to make my playing not so sloppy.

I already have apparently according to the dates in my old piano books, 3 years of prior experience, haha. I am catching up fast. I am trying to memorize Fur Elise, later.

I just finished Debussy's Arabesque 1 and Chopin's Minute Waltz op. 64 no. 1. Right now I'm working on his etude op. 10 no. 3 "Chanson de l'adieu," and Lange's Blumenlied.
