The worse thing about it is that you had to be on the bus tour. It really isn't the best way to see Rutgers. Its so much better up close and personal.

Yeah, I hated it so much I decided that I'm not applying. =[

What'd you hate about it?

well i thought the bus tour sucked too so yeah...

you just kind of get a drive around the campus and that's it. not so amazing. I didn't like the rutgers campus anyways. =P

Same here.

The campus was WAYYYYYYYYYYY too big. I just didn't like the feel of it.

You liked Pitt's campus (stretching the definition of campus in this case) better than Rutgers'? Go figure.

Haha. Sorry. I just didn't like the way it felt. Maybe Rutgers was also a bit impersonal?

I'd never give New Brunswick/Piscataway high marks in the warm and fuzzy department, but Oakland..........................nah.

lol pitt isnt so great either...yeah

The one thing I did like about Rutgers NB was that they had a coldstone! hahaha. jk.

Well, good thing we aren't making decisions for each other.

I liked Pitt MUCH BETTER than Rutgers.

I'm long past making college application decisions. Having grown up ten minutes from Pitt's campus (sic) and having taught there, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great campus-living experience. Can one get a good education there? Certainly, but the same is also true of RU.
