So when I placed my transcript order with my school, I did not include Pitt, presuming I would just send Pitt the self-reported academic record (SRAR). However, as I enter the Courses & Grades section of the Common App, it shows which of my colleges use the Courses & Grades section and which don’t. Pitt is listed under don’t. How do I get the courses & grades (SRAR) to send to Pitt even though it shows Pitt does not use it.

The SRAR is a completely different portal and separate from the Common/Coalition application. You will get the link to it once you submit your application.
