place to study

can anyone recommend any quiet place to study other than swem?

i can't really study in the dorm and i run into too many people i know in the library.

thanks

where do you go in swem? try the 2nd floor… or the 3rd floor if you are very brave. The higher you go in the library, the more studious you get (and there is less tolerance for noise)

other places to study… computer labs? sunken gardens? department libraries? study room in the UC? study lounge in your dorm? bench in CW? B&N bookstore? empty classrooms? matoaka amphitheater? crim dell meadow? daily grind? lodge 1? williamsburg library? aromas?

Wow, what a list!

Empty classrooms are always popular, especially during exam time when there are no club meetings to take them over. Just stay out of Blair - that’s my study building. =)

Grab a study room in Miller Hall. Unless you’re a government major. Then I’m obligated to inform you that you must sink into the ground with Morton across the street.
