Did anyone else not receive one yet? We've contacted them several times since March and haven't gotten anywhere. The only answer we get is check back next week. My daughter really wants to enroll but without knowing about financial aid, we can't.

Even tho I did receive my letter, I’m sure she could probably check through: https://studentaid.rutgers.edu/new/

Thanks, but she checks there daily and all it ever says is no record found.

I would just keep calling. You can’t make a decision without financial information. If financial aid is not helping, I would call admissions and explain.

Usually with Rutgers, just when I am on my last raw nerve calling about something, my son gets an email/answer/resolution to the problem. It is a huge university and sometimes it’s glitchy but it usually works out in the end.

That being said, I would still call again.

Well after numerous phone calls and emails I finally spoke with someone who understood that this information was needed in order to make an informed decision! He sent a preliminary letter that he said should be very close in numbers to the official planning letter that will come next week. Lets hope so since we paid the admission deposit to SEBS last night. I guess the squeaky wheel really does get the oil sometimes.

Good. Sometimes things take awhile at Rutgers. You just have to keep at it.
