Aihara (Page 1), why would you even consider MIT to be put on the list. MIT definitely knows how to party, but it's not as often as many of these schools. Note: I live about 10 blocks from SDSU and their frat road... definitely a party school. I guess I'll see if MIT is a party school next fall.

umm... i think MIT was a joke

who cares what playboy says. The magazine's been on the decline for a while anyways.

"who cares what playboy says. The magazine's been on the decline for a while anyways"

I would normally agree with that, but this list is actually similar to every other list made and ive experienced a few of these schools first hand so im gonna have to give playboy a vote of confidence

Dima you are retarted. Wisconsin is #1 because we know how to party hard. It has nothing to do with cheese you stereotyping pig. Try coming to Halloween at Madison, you would not even survive. It is a different world so don't be so ignorant; it is obvious you have never seen Madison and probably never been to Wisconsin.

whoa.. halloween at madison doesnt compare to halloween at ohio u...

Ahh yes it definitely does, let's consult the rankings smartass.

umm... i dont care what rankings say, ive been to both and ohio u completely destroyed it... maybe wisconsin has some good other days, but ohio u owns halloween

How many people are at OU for Halloween?? Madison gets around 75-100,000 for Halloween. All the Big 10 goes.

umm.. i would expect ohio gets just as many if not more... ppl come from cali and texas to party at ou during halloween

yea i go to OU, i think its somewhere in the 80,000 range for halloween but this year there werent as many people for some reason

haha well this list has lost its validity by not having tulane on there. after the hurricane i had to transfer to florida state for the semester. a lot of my friends had to transfer to arizona state. let's just say that neither of these schools are even CLOSE to competing with tulane in partying. seriously. tulane is in new orleans. bars dont close in new orleans. you can buy a handle of rum in a gas station at 4:00 am sunday morning. you only have to be 18 to get into bars and buy drinks. when people say how great a party school is, they invariably compare it to new orleans. "it's the bourbon street of the north." "it's the mardi gras of austin." whatever. it's mardi gras all year long at tulane. anyone who'se been to new orleans or visited tulane wont argue that it's the best party school

There is a difference between glomming on to a party and being the party. N.O. partying goes on with and without Tulane students and the action is far from campus. At UW the party starts right outside the campus.

I dont really know anything about wisconsin or ohio but I've always heard that wisconsin is known for having the best holloween anywhere

there are 880 bars in new orleans. the partying goes on everywhere. the dorms are closer to the bars than classes. you can drink on campus. the drinking age was 18 until a couple a years ago. bourbon street is 4 miles from campus

i can't believe people are arguing over which school has a better halloween party. aaaahahhaaha

Thank you barrons for shedding some truth on this subject. Justcallmefunk, since this post is dedicated to that purpose I'd say it seems acceptable to me.

If you had ever been to a great Halloween weekend you might feel differently. Pretty wild fun. Yes FUN.

just another fun fact I thought i would throw in to the mix...ou halloween is the third biggest block party in the country behind new year's eve in times square and mardi gras
