<p>Will you buy both???? I will probably get XBOX, because last time I bought PS2 over XBOX and I regret it because XBOX is now the best system. But this time the tables may be turned, because PS3 is coming out after XBOX</p>

<p>Consoles are wastes of money. Just buy a pc. There are more games, it has more features, and has more power. Seriously, the pc is the best gaming machine.</p>
<p>i prefer being able to sit next to my friends and **** talk them as i whoop their ass in halo. LAN parties are impractical and with online gaming you can't watch your buddies **** their pants when you shoot them point blank with a rocket launcher ;)</p>

<p>In answer to the OP: PS3. SEVEN wireless controllers and BR-DVD?! Though the thought of Halo 3 on a large HD TV is tempting, I admit. Still, even with Halo in the XBOX's favour, I still think the PS2 has the better set of games, and I don't see why that will change with the XBOX 360 and PS3.</p>
<p>PS3 will be more powerful. X360 will be here this November.</p>

<p>PS 2 was better than Xbox and PS3 is going to be better than XBox 360. 1 Game is not a good enough reason to pick one console over another even though Halo is awesome!</p>
<p>Don't know, PS3 seems like the more powerful of the two with the 7 processors at over 2 TERAFLOPS! It's also got 7 wireles controllers, 50 gig capability of BluRay technology, and the $1000+ nVidia video card. But XBOX360, right now, has the edge with games: Halo 3, Perfect Dark Zero, Quake 4, etc, and I'm a huge FPS fan. But I think the best solution is to have yourself buy one system, your best friend get the other, so you can have the best of both worlds. Even better, for all the college peeps, have your roomates get one, and you get the other.</p>
