so i am international student, from GEORGIA (not state country , next to black sea)
first of all which of TOP UK universities accept SATs? i know edinburgh, kings college accept SATs
Can you send SAT scores later just like in US universities? on KINGS COLLEGE LONDON i read that SAT REPORT date is due 15 august, which is REAALY nice does it mean i can send my sat scores after regular deadline (KING COLLEGE DEADLINE IS 15 JANUARY)
After you finish baccalaureate program in UK , can you continue MASTERS in us without losing 1 year? i am asking this because us unis have 4 year programs, uk and eu unis only 3!
If you are applying with US credentials to UK universities you need more than SATs, you need either IB or APs (sometimes SAT subject tests) in subjects related to what you want to study. for applying to English unis.
Also, not all UK/EU unis are 3 years- it varies by region and subject. The Scottish universities, for example, are all 4 years. Some subjects- most often sciences and modern languages are 4 as well.
fwiw, in general on undergraduate is referred to as Bachelors; baccalaureate is correct but more often seen here as the IB
@collegemom3717 i will have sat, sat subjects scores only = D will it work? also computer science - software engineering.
My son got into U of Edinburgh with ACT + SAT subject scores.
@psycholing without actual SAT? ONLY subjects?
i mean act regular
@Derpthulu, please stop thrashing about: the information you want is all easily accessible on the ‘international qualifications’ pages of each and every UK uni. For example, you can see the info for Edinburgh here.
Note that you select the qualifications you are applying with: as you will see, applicants from Georgia can apply with A levels, IB or US qualifications.

In what context? (where did you see that?)
