Thank you so much for your help!

Might want U Toronto as a safety if you can stomach grade deflation… better than MSU for economics.

MSU: Safety
JHU: High match
CMU: High match

Everyone else is a reach.

You are a match for most if not all the schools on the list although MIT is always tricky. Considering the low acceptance rate of the top schools on the list, candidates with matching stat is still subject to the competition against other candidates with similar credentials. You should use your ACT score for school application. With decent EC and perfect scores in ACT, UW GPA, and all 10 APs, the only variable would be your essay.

Do you have any suggestions for good schools that may be less selective?

Try UMich. You should be a low match to match and the acceptance rate is around 30%. You should definitely apply to your school choices above though. University of Minnesota is also good and less competitive too. These 2 schools are around #10-11 for economics programs in the US. Name Minnesota as your top choice for National Merit will get you $10K per year scholarship.

@billchso Thank you so much for your help. Also, can you think of anything that I should be doing this summer to improve my application chances?

You are pretty good in all aspects already. If you want to further enhance your chance, spend some time to work on the essays for school applications. You can find the typical essay ideas on the web. There are books in library tell you how to write better essays. In addition, you may register to Summer school to the one college you want to go most. That would show your passion to that school and help you to decide whether that is a perfect school for you.
